"I just wanted to say thanks for the new version of Melissi. The new facilities such as recording of telephone calls, random grouping and conferencing have been really well received by our current Pre Sessional English students (who have been used as guinea pigs!)
I would also like to say thanks on behalf of the International Programmes group here at Bournemouth as the recording of telephone calls was a facility we had requested. The clarity and ease with which they can now be recorded will really contribute to our students' learning experience and will be appreciated by staff and students alike I'm sure.
