Ora can be installed on staff PCs in an institution licenced for the Melissi Digital Classroom enabling any teacher to prepare audio files for lessons. Ora captures from any source that can be plugged into the PC, including internet radio, saves the file and the compresses to keep the file size to a minimum.

Files can be saved to the local machine, a network server, Zip disk, memory stick or recordable CD.

It has a delay timer to allow for unattended radio recordings too.

The installer includes and will install the Ogg Vorbis filters required for playback.
