Prices & Policies

Our general policy is to work with customers and to produce systems which, though primarily targeted at language learning and teaching, are also able to provide a multi-sensory learning environment for many other subjects.

Everyone involved in the company has a long and continuing background in education. Thus we regard our customers as personal friends, and aim to develop our systems and programs in collaboration with them. We also encourage them to be innovative in the full use of the system's features.

Our pricing policy is open and straightforward.

  • Installation of the Digital Classroom software is highly automated. Full documentation is supplied and free e-mail assistance will be given if required. Melissi provides initial training within the UK free of charge.*

  • We provide support free of charge by e-mail for the first twelve months.

  • We price our Digital Classroom on a "20 seat" basis but extra seats can be purchased.

  • If requested at a later date, we will provide further training, support
    or re-configuration at the appropriate rate.

We will also provide:

  • free software updates for the purchased version until a new version is released.

  • free software patches

    (Both can be downloaded from this web site by registered users.)

In order to keep costs down and make future support easier and less expensive, we prefer your I.T. staff to be fully involved at all stages.
